Las Gemelas del Mar consists of two identical units, each offering two types of apartments. Each apartment features two bedrooms, spacious areas, a dining room, a small but modern kitchen, a bathroom, and relaxing areas. The perfect space for families, friends, or small groups.

Experience the duplex design with a rooftop terrace and sea views. Enjoy a relaxing Balinese bed, balcony, and two bathrooms. The brand-new duplex at Las Gemelas del Mar is a modern two-story apartment with a balcony and terrace offering spectacular sea views. It has two bedrooms, one on each level, and two bathrooms: one with a shower cabin and a hydro-massage column, and the other on the second floor.

The small kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials and features a modern design that leads into the dining room, which includes a sofa, Smart TV, and balcony. From the terrace, the panoramic view of the northern coast to the lighthouse is unique; you can dine outdoors or relax on the comfortable Balinese bed. You can even enjoy the Smart TV outside.

El Cotillo is a picturesque fishing village located on the north-west coast of Fuerteventura. With its beautiful landscapes, beaches, lagoons, and crystal-clear waters, it is truly a small paradise. The village offers excellent restaurants and a wide range of services. It is a very peaceful, quiet, and relaxing place, perfect for unwinding.

The village is very walkable, but renting a car is recommended to explore the island. Free public parking is available around the property.

There are two apartments, identical and mirror-image. Assignment is based on availability at the time of booking. The view and the arrangement of furniture may differ from what is shown in the photos.
